Stoddard Parts Store - General Help

If you've ordered parts online from us in the past, then welcome to an improved and streamlined Stoddard Parts Store!

To order parts, all you need to do is click any of the catalog buttons or the "Search" button on the main Parts Store page.  You can search for parts by navigating through the various categories until you find the parts you're looking for, or you can simply click the Search button or link on any page and enter a part number from our catalogs. The resulting page will display the part number, description and price, along with a box for quantity.  To order the part, simply leave the quantity at 1 or enter the quantity you'd like, click the "Select" checkbox, and then the "Order Selected Products" button.  The part will be added to your shopping cart.

You can continue to order as many parts as you wish in this way, and you'll see your shopping cart contents displayed at the bottom of the screen.  When you're ready to check out, simply click the "Checkout" link.  On the resulting page you can either create a customer profile if this is your first time shopping with us, or enter your User ID and password if you have ordered from us before on our new system.  To create a new profile, simply enter the information required (name, address, phone, etc.) and the User ID and password you would like to use to log in on subsequent orders.  If your shipping information is different from your customer address, enter it in the Ship To fields on the right.

Once you have created your login profile, all you need to do on future orders is type your Used ID and password and click the Login button, and your information will be retrieved automatically.  If you have any special instructions or comments for your order, simply type them in the "Order Comments and Special Requests" box, and they will be sent to us along with your parts order.

You may pay by credit card, or choose Check, Cash, or Phone Order if you wish to send a payment to us by mail or over the phone.  Your credit card information is transmitted over our secure server connection, and is encrypted for protection.

Problems placing your online order?

If you have trouble adding parts to the shopping cart or completing your order successfully, the problem may be with your browser settings.  Our shopping cart software requires the browser to accept cookies.  These cookies are used only for the shopping session you are currently in, and do not contain any saved personal information.  To check your browser settings in Internet Explorer, click Tools on the menu bar, then Internet Options, then the Privacy tab.  Click the Advanced button, and make sure the "Always allow session cookies" checkbox is checked.
