Returns/Refunds & Warranties

Returns/Refunds:
To return a part that appears to be defective, ordered or received in error, please call customer service at
800-342-1414 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns are limited to 10 days from date of receipt. Returns must be sent prepaid and must include your invoice. We will assess a 20% handling charged on all returns unless the merchandise is defective or shipped in error. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.

Warranty:
Stoddard warrants that every new and remanufactured part and accessory will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months/unlimited mileage from date of delivery of the part or accessory to the original customer. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the parts or accessories to the original customer. Any part or accessory that is determined by Stoddard to be defective will either be repaired or replaced with a new or remanufactured part. Labor required to remove, replace, or repair the defective part or accessory is not reimbursable.

Items and damages not covered:

• Parts or accessories damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, accidents, or fire, or which have been improperly lubricated, repaired, or installed, or used in applications for which they were not designed.
• Parts or accessories made out of cloth, leather, wood paint or chrome which may have been affected by environmental conditions.
• Glass breakage and scratches, windshields must be inspected at time of receipt and refused if they are received damaged.
• Parts and accessories used in competitive events.
• Any loss or damage caused by installation of an incorrect part. Please check with Stoddard if you suspect an issue with received parts.

Please call Stoddard with any warranty/return issue and we will provide you with a return authorization. We are unable to accept ANY returns with out the return merchandise authorization and invoice from the sale in question.

No Other Warranties Made:
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties of Stoddard or any distributor of Stoddard parts. Any implied warranty is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Stoddard does not assume, or authorize any person to assume on its behalf, any obligation or liability.
